Services

 We provide room and board to individuals needing total care and a safe, nurtuing environment in a Group - home setting. Direct care services are provided through our team of professionals and certified staff, with therapy in-home or other locations as specified in their individualized care plan.

This service is provided in the member's home or the community with the goal of providing relief to the primary caregiver. We step in to provide short-term care and supervision, as provided in the member's Person- Centered Service Plan (PCSP). .

Attendant care service aims to provide non-medical care, advocacy, and support to ensure our client's independence, dignity, and quality of life are enhanced and supported. In other words, the goal of the service is for the member to remain in his/her home or participate in work or community activities. The member is then provided necessary support like hands-on support to maintain a safe and clean home, and activities of daily living have good meals and stay healthy.

  Daily routines are essential, not just for physical well - being but for emotional and mental health. Homemaker personalized care is about making each moment count - offering the help needed while preserving independence and dignity.

 This is a professional service to provide mainly seniors, people with a disability or anyone else who needs assistance with activities of daily living. We provide services to assist you at home that may include meal planning and preparation, dish washing, laundry, medication reminders, errends and grocery shopping and general house keeping, all of which help to improve safety, comfort and peace of mind. Homemaker personer care is very important in that it fosters a nurturing environment  where the individual feels safe and bridge tha gap between support and independence, allowing individuals maintain control over their lives while receiving the care they need. 

We use our vehicles to provide door-to-door transportation to and from medical or other scheduled appointments. The service reqires pre notification and scheduling.
